He is also responsible for company culture and employee satisfaction. Additionally, Jake is a project manager at a multifamily development firm. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and two dogs.

As the Finance and HR Manager, Lindsey handles bookkeeping, employee compensation, and resource planning. Outside of BAC, Lindsey also runs and operates "Not Your Average Dough," creating custom royal icing sugar cookies. She enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with family.

Heather oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency by managing schedules, coordinating employees, and supporting projects while maintaining a productive work environment. She also enjoys family time, watching her kids play sports, and going boating. The Operations Manager.

Brad has been in the trades for over a decade. He oversees the field technicians and project management and collaborates closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. In his free time, he enjoys spending time fishing, camping, and working on projects with his wife.

Brandon has nearly a decade of experience in the trades. He enjoys summer camping with his two children, Blake and Benson. In his spare time, he likes dirt biking, RC cars, darts, truck repairs, fishing, and shooting. Taran has carpentry skills and extensive experience in deck construction. In his free time, he enjoys disc golf, building model kits, and playing video games. Haylem has a passion for automotive repair, swimming, and engaging in various forms of artistic expression during his leisure time. Bryson is a seasonal employee at BAC and is double majoring in psychology and philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. In his free time, he enjoys gym workouts and training in mixed martial arts, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and arm wrestling. Originally from Iron Mountain, Michigan, he loves returning home to swim, boat, hunt, and fish with family and friends.
